Who Are Our Partners?

Commit to Be Fit is a three-year initiative, funded by the NC Health and Wellness Trust Fund, to address childhood overweight and obesity.  
 Currently the HWTF Commission is funding 21 grantees statewide. Commit to Be fit and the other 15 grantees are collectively known as the Fit Together Initiative.

CERTL, the Center of Excellence in Research, Teaching and Learning is located at Wake Forest University Medical School and is the organization that has been funded to provide Commit to Be Fit to the Kernersville area

Collaborating partners include the following:

  • Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools
  • Kernersville YMCA
  • Family Life Center

How to make a new page

  1. Open a page with a layout that you want to use for your new page.
  2. Go to File > Save As.
  3. Enter a new file name (no spaces or special characters) and change the Page Title, then click OK.
  4. Switch to Navigation View. Drag your new page into the navigation structure to add it to link bars.
  5. Open a page by double-clicking on one of the pages in your folder list.
  6. You may now edit the page as desired.

Do NOT delete, rename or add this page to Navigational Structure.
